| 1. Qualification: Certificate in Hospital Front Office & Patient Relations — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Greet and register patients, explain test preparation and manage appointment scheduling. 3. Handle phone enquiries, test rates, home collection bookings and report status queries. 4. Manage billing receipts, cash handling and daily reconciliation where applicable. 5. Maintain reception area, patient records, enquiry registers and feedback collection. |
