This Privacy Policy explains how ClinoJob collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the ClinoJob website (https://clinojob.com) and the ClinoJob Android app (together, the \"Platform\"). ClinoJob is operated by Nidhya Enterprises, a unit of the Nidhya group (\"ClinoJob\", \"we\", \"us\", \"our\"). Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the \"DPDP Act\"), Nidhya Enterprises is the Data Fiduciary for your personal data.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use. Words such as Job Seeker, Recruiter, Job Post, Plan and Verification have the meanings given there.

1. At a glance

We collect only the data needed to run your account, verify users, and match Job Seekers with healthcare employers.
Your profile and resume go only to the Recruiters you apply to.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
Razorpay handles payments; we never receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
You can see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, at any time.

2. Personal data we collect

3. How we use your data

To create and secure your account and sign you in with an OTP.
To verify Job Seekers and organizations, and to stop fake profiles and fake job posts.
To show you jobs, and send job alerts, that match your preferences.
To share your profile and resume with a Recruiter when you apply, and to tell you how each application is progressing.
To let Recruiters post jobs, review applicants and manage their Plans.
To process Plan payments, confirm them with Razorpay and handle refunds.
To provide C-Hub learning content.
To answer your questions and resolve complaints.
To send service messages, and promotional messages only if you agree to receive them.
To keep the Platform safe, investigate misuse and meet our legal obligations.
To understand how the Platform is used and improve it, using combined or de-identified data wherever possible.

4. Your consent

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you create an account and use the Platform. We may also process data without fresh consent where the DPDP Act allows it, for example to comply with a law or court order, or to use data you have voluntarily given us for the purpose you gave it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the contacts in Section 12 or by deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, but we may no longer be able to provide some or all of the Platform to you.

5. Who we share your data with

Recruiters you apply to. When you apply for a job, that Recruiter receives your profile, resume and contact details. Recruiters must use them only to fill that vacancy, as our Terms of Use require.
Job Seekers. Job Posts, organization names and details, and ratings and reviews are visible to Job Seekers on the Platform.
Service providers who process data for us under contract: Razorpay (payments), OneSignal (push notifications), SMS and email delivery providers (OTPs and service emails), and our hosting provider. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
Authorities. Government bodies, courts or law-enforcement agencies, when the law requires us to.
A successor business. If ClinoJob is merged with or transferred to another business, your data moves with it, and the new owner must protect it as this Policy describes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with other Nidhya group businesses for their own marketing without your consent.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.

7. How long we keep your data

Active accounts. We keep your account, profile and verification data while your account is active.
Deleted accounts. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, resume and verification documents from our live systems. Copies in backups are removed in the normal backup cycle.
Applications already sent. A Recruiter you applied to may keep the copy of your application they received, under their own legal obligations.
Payment records. We keep these for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Disputes. We keep data needed for a complaint, legal claim or investigation until it is resolved.

8. How we protect your data

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, OTP-based sign-in, and access controls so that only authorised staff can see admin data and only our verification team can see verification documents. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
correct, complete or update your data (you can change most details directly in your profile);
ask us to erase your data, or delete your account yourself (see our Delete Account instructions);
withdraw your consent at any time;
nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act;
raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 12).

We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

ClinoJob is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers run by our hosting provider. Some service providers may process data outside India. Any such transfer will follow the DPDP Act and any restrictions set by the Government of India.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Platform or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with its date, and tell you about important changes in the app or by email. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent again.
