1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Use (\"Terms\") govern your use of ClinoJob, a healthcare careers platform operated by Nidhya Enterprises, a unit of the Nidhya group (\"ClinoJob\", \"we\", \"us\", \"our\"). Registered office: Pillar No. 1543, Konark Plaza, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad – 500060, Telangana.

The Terms apply to the ClinoJob website (https://clinojob.com), the ClinoJob mobile app for Android, and every feature offered through them (together, the \"Platform\").

By creating an account, logging in with a one-time password (OTP), or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you use the Platform for a hospital, clinic or other organization, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, \"you\" includes the organization.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They do not need a physical or digital signature.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the words below have the meanings given here.

Term	Meaning
Platform	The ClinoJob website, the ClinoJob Android app, and all services, features and content offered through them.
User	Anyone who visits, registers on or uses the Platform.
Job Seeker	A User who registers to find work in one of the seven professions ClinoJob serves: Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Paramedical Staff & Technicians, and Supporting Staff.
Recruiter	A User who registers on behalf of a healthcare organization to post jobs and review applicants. ClinoJob serves eight organization types: Hospitals, Clinics, Homecare services, Diagnostic centres, Rehabilitation centres, Medical institutes, Industrial medical units, and School health services.
Job Post	A vacancy a Recruiter publishes on the Platform, including its role, requirements, salary, duty type and location.
Plan	A free or paid package that lets a Recruiter publish a set number of Job Posts for a fixed period. If Job Seeker Plans are introduced later, they will allow a set number of job applications for a fixed period.
C-Hub	The Platform\'s learning section of short clinical and skill-building videos.
User Content	Anything a User submits, including profile details, resumes, documents, Job Posts, ratings, reviews and messages.
Verification	ClinoJob\'s review of identity, qualification, registration and organization documents before an account or Job Post is approved.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Login. You sign in with an Indian mobile number (+91) and a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number. There is no separate password, so keep your phone and SIM secure. Anyone who receives your OTP can enter your account.
Account type. Choose Job Seeker or Recruiter when you sign up. A Recruiter account must be opened by the organization\'s owner or an authorised HR representative.
Accurate information. Give true, current and complete details, and update them when they change.
One account per person. Do not open an account for someone else, use another person\'s mobile number, or keep more than one Job Seeker account.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at once, using the contacts in Section 15, if you suspect someone else has used it.
Our right to refuse. We may decline a registration, or ask for more documents, if we cannot verify the details you give.

4. Terms for Job Seekers

ClinoJob is currently free for Job Seekers. You pay nothing to create a profile, complete Verification, browse jobs or apply, and we never take any commission from your salary. We may introduce paid Job Seeker Plans in future, only on the conditions set out in Section 6.

Your profile. You may set job preferences (role, city, salary range) and add your education, experience, council registration, skills and resume. Everything you add must be true and must belong to you.
Verification. We may ask for ID proof, address proof, qualification certificates and council registration details. You must complete Verification before you can apply for jobs. We may approve, reject or ask for more documents, and we will tell you the reason if we reject. A verified badge means we checked the documents you gave; it is not a guarantee of your skills or conduct.
Applying. When you apply to a Job Post, your profile and resume are shared with that Recruiter. You can track each application through its stages: applied, under review, interview and offer.
Hiring decisions. The Recruiter alone decides whom to interview and hire, and on what terms. ClinoJob does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any particular salary.
Never pay for a job. Applying for jobs on ClinoJob is free. Any fee we introduce in future will be paid only inside the ClinoJob app or website through Razorpay. No ClinoJob staff member or verified Recruiter will ever ask you for money to get a job, whether by phone, WhatsApp or in person. If anyone does, do not pay, and report it to us using the contacts in Section 15.
Professional conduct. Attend interviews you accept or cancel them in good time, and deal honestly with Recruiters.

5. Terms for Recruiters

Only verified healthcare organizations may post jobs on ClinoJob. Your organization must be one of the eight organization types listed in Section 2 and must hold every licence and registration the law requires for it.

Organization verification. Before you can post, we check your organization\'s registration certificate, the ID of its owner or HR representative, and its contact details and address. We may reject or suspend an account that fails verification, and we will tell you the reason.
Job Post approval. Every new Job Post goes live only after our team approves it. We may edit formatting, ask for changes, or decline a post that breaks these Terms.
Genuine vacancies only. Post only real vacancies your organization is authorised to fill. State the role, qualifications, experience, salary range (₹ per month), duty type, location and last date to apply accurately. The salary you show must be the salary you intend to pay. Close the post once the vacancy is filled.
No charges to candidates. You must not ask any Job Seeker for a fee, deposit, training charge or security amount, and you must not require a candidate to hand over original certificates, as a condition of applying, interviewing or joining.
Fair hiring. Do not set requirements that discriminate on caste, religion, gender, disability, marital status or place of origin, except where the law expressly allows a requirement for that role.
Candidate data. Use applicants\' profiles, resumes and contact details only to fill the vacancy they applied for. Do not sell, share, publish or reuse them for other purposes, and protect them as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
Your hiring responsibility. You are the employer. You are responsible for interviews, background and council-registration checks, offer letters, wages and every statutory obligation of employment. ClinoJob is not a party to any employment contract.
Ratings. Job Seekers may rate and review your organization after applying or working with you, under Section 8.

6. Plans, payments and refunds

Recruiters publish Job Posts under a Plan. The Plans on offer when these Terms were written are below. The current prices and limits are always shown on the Plans screen before you pay.

Job Seekers. Applying for jobs is free at present. If we introduce paid Job Seeker Plans in future, allowing a set number of applications for a fixed period, we will:

announce them at least 30 days in advance, in the app and by email;
show the price, application limit and validity before you choose a Plan;
charge you only if you choose a Plan yourself;
leave applications you have already submitted unaffected.

Free Plan. Each organization account may use the Free Plan once.
Prices and tax. Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST and other applicable taxes are charged as shown at checkout.
Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay through UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. ClinoJob does not store your card or bank details; Razorpay handles them under its own terms.
Activation. A Plan starts only after we confirm the payment with Razorpay and the amount matches the Plan price. If money leaves your account but the Plan does not start, send us the Razorpay payment ID using the contacts in Section 15. We will activate the Plan or refund the amount within 7 working days.
Validity. Unused Job Posts lapse when the Plan\'s validity ends and do not carry over. Each Job Post also closes on its own last date to apply. We may email you a reminder before a Plan expires.
Refunds. Plan fees are non-refundable once the Plan is active, except for a duplicate payment, a payment taken without activation, or an account we close without your breach of these Terms. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Price changes. We may change Plan prices, limits or features at any time. A change does not affect a Plan you have already bought.

7. C-Hub and skill-building content

C-Hub videos and other skill-building material are for professional learning only. They support, but never replace, formal education, supervised clinical training, your institution\'s protocols and your own professional judgment.

Not medical advice. C-Hub content is not advice for any individual patient. Always follow the protocols of your workplace and the scope of practice set by your professional council.
No certification. Watching C-Hub content does not by itself give a certificate, credit or qualification, unless we state otherwise for a specific course.
Personal use. You may view C-Hub content for your own learning. You may not download, copy, re-upload, sell or show it publicly without our written permission.
Accuracy. We prepare content with care, including through Nidhya Medical Academy faculty, but clinical guidelines change. Tell us using the contacts in Section 15 if you find an error, and we will review it.
Third-party hosting. Some videos may be hosted by outside services, whose own terms also apply when you watch them.

8. Ratings, reviews and User Content

You own the User Content you submit. You give ClinoJob a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, format and share it only as needed to run the Platform. For example, we show your profile to the Recruiters you apply to and show Job Posts to Job Seekers. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

Job Seekers may rate and review organizations, so the next professional can choose an employer with confidence. Every rating and review must:

be based on your own genuine experience with that organization;
be honest, fair and respectful, without abusive language or personal attacks;
contain no patient information and nothing confidential about patients, colleagues or the organization;
not be paid for, offered in exchange for a benefit, or posted about your own organization or a competitor.

Organizations may reply to a review and may report one they believe breaks these rules. No one can pay ClinoJob to remove, hide or change a genuine review.

We may review, refuse or remove any User Content that breaks these Terms or the law. Reviews are the opinion of the person who wrote them, not of ClinoJob.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Platform to do anything unlawful, misleading or harmful to other Users. In particular, you must not:

upload fake, forged or altered certificates, registration numbers, licences or identity documents;
post a fake vacancy, a vacancy you are not authorised to fill, or a misleading salary;
ask any Job Seeker for money, or act as a paid agent between Job Seekers and Recruiters;
impersonate any person or organization, or misstate your link with them;
share your OTP, sell or transfer your account, or get around Verification or Plan limits;
collect, scrape or export other Users\' data, or use bots, crawlers or other automated tools on the Platform;
send spam, chain messages or unrelated promotions to other Users;
reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the Platform\'s software, security or servers, or upload viruses or harmful code.

As required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not host, upload, share or publish any information that:

belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another\'s privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling;
is harmful to children;
infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
deceives or misleads about its origin, or knowingly communicates false or misleading information;
impersonates another person;
threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any offence;
contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functioning of any computer resource;
violates any law in force in India.

We may remove such content and suspend or close the account responsible, and may report it to the authorities where the law requires.

10. Intellectual property

The ClinoJob and Nidhya names and logos, the Platform\'s design, software and text, and C-Hub content belong to Nidhya Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international law.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose: finding healthcare work, hiring healthcare staff and learning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create works based on any part of the Platform, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the Platform, without any obligation to you.

11. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can access, correct or erase it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It forms part of these Terms.

Who sees your data. Your profile and resume are shared with the Recruiters you apply to. Verification documents are seen only by ClinoJob\'s verification team. Payment details are handled by Razorpay.
Service messages. By using the Platform you agree to receive messages needed to run your account: OTPs by SMS, push notifications about new jobs that match your preferences and changes to your application status, and emails such as Plan renewal reminders.
WhatsApp and calls. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we may reply on the same channel.
Promotions. We will send offers or promotional messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Account deletion. You can delete your account from the app or website. Deletion removes your profile and signs you out on every device. We keep only the records the law requires, such as payment and tax records, for the period the law sets.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ClinoJob is a platform that connects healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. We are not an employer, a recruitment agent or a party to any job offer or employment contract made through the Platform.

No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee that a Job Seeker will be hired, that a Recruiter will fill a vacancy, or that any salary or term in a Job Post will be honoured. No Plan, now or in future, buys a job, an interview or a reply from any Recruiter.
Verification limits. We check the documents Users give us, but we cannot confirm every fact about every User. Recruiters must do their own background and registration checks, and Job Seekers should check an employer before joining.
Service \"as is\". The Platform is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\". We work to keep it running and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted, slow or contain errors.
Third parties. We are not responsible for the services of Razorpay, telecom operators, app stores or video hosts, or for the acts of any User.
Limit on our liability. To the extent the law allows, ClinoJob is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of earnings, job opportunity, business or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. Indemnity, suspension and termination

You agree to compensate ClinoJob, Nidhya Enterprises and their staff for any loss, claim or legal cost caused by your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your dealings with another User.

Suspension or closure by us. We may suspend or close an account, remove a Job Post, or block access if a User breaks these Terms, fails Verification, misuses another User\'s data, or puts other Users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond.
Closing your account. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time, as described in Section 11.
Paid Plans on closure. If we close an account for breach of these Terms, the unused part of any Plan is forfeited. If we close it for any other reason, we refund the unused part in proportion to the days left.
What continues. Sections 8, 10, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after an account is closed.

14. Changes, governing law and disputes

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms as the Platform or the law changes. We will post the new version with its effective date and tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you keep using the Platform after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
Yearly reminder. We will remind Users of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the rules in Section 9 at least once a year, as the IT Rules, 2021 require.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Resolving a dispute. Please raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer first (Section 15); most issues can be settled that way. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Other terms. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right at once does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to another Nidhya group company or a successor.

15. Grievance Officer and contact

Complaints about content, accounts, payments or these Terms go to our Grievance Officer, appointed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
Content that shows a person\'s private areas, nudity or a sexual act, or that impersonates someone, is removed within 24 hours of a complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer\'s decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India within 30 days.
