Job Description
| 1. Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery), B.Sc Nursing, ANM / MPHW — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Provide skilled nursing care at the patient home including vitals, medication and injections. 3. Manage wound dressing, catheter and feeding tube care and oxygen therapy as prescribed. 4. Monitor patient condition, report deterioration to the treating doctor and coordinator promptly. 5. Train family caregivers, maintain home visit records and ensure safe hygiene and infection control. |
