| 1. Qualification: MHA (Master of Hospital Administration), MBA Hospital & Healthcare Management — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Manage day-to-day hospital operations and coordinate clinical, support and administrative departments. 3. Plan manpower, budgets, capital equipment, contracts and vendor and service level agreements. 4. Drive quality accreditation, statutory licence compliance and patient satisfaction improvement. 5. Monitor operational MIS, revenue, bed occupancy and cost control and report to the management. |
