| 1. Qualification: M.Sc Nursing, Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Administration — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Head the nursing department, frame nursing policies, standing orders and standard operating procedures. 3. Plan manpower, duty rosters, recruitment, leave management and performance appraisal of nursing staff. 4. Control nursing budget, equipment and consumable indents and monitor utilisation. 5. Drive quality, patient safety, infection control and NABH accreditation compliance across all nursing units. |
