Job Description
| 1. Qualification: B.Sc MLT, PGDMLT (PG Diploma in MLT), M.Sc MLT (Medical Lab Technology) — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Supervise routine and specialised laboratory testing across all sections and validate technical results. 3. Perform instrument calibration, method verification, internal QC and external quality assurance programmes. 4. Troubleshoot analyser errors, sample rejections and discrepant results and take corrective action. 5. Train junior technicians, maintain NABL documentation, SOPs and inventory and shift planning. |
