Job Description
| 1. Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery), B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Provide bedside nursing care to admitted patients including vitals monitoring, medication administration and accurate nursing documentation. 3. Assist doctors during rounds, bedside procedures and emergencies, and carry out treatment orders without deviation. 4. Follow infection control, hand hygiene, patient identification and fall and bed-sore prevention protocols at all times. 5. Complete shift handover, maintain nursing records and counsel patients and families on treatment and discharge advice. |
