Job Description
| 1. Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery), B.Sc Nursing — only these qualifications are accepted for this post. 2. Supervise the ward round-the-clock, allocate patient assignments and prepare the duty roster. 3. Ensure availability and functioning of crash cart, emergency drugs, oxygen and ward equipment. 4. Guide, monitor and mentor staff nurses, students and attendants on protocols and documentation. 5. Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, stores and housekeeping and conduct ward audits and indent management. |
